(Reuters) – A historical Tesla Inc manufacturing facility employee will pay Elon Musk’s electric automobile maker $400,000 after it accused him of tipping journalists about alleged production inefficiencies and delays, a court filing shows.

The fee by Martin Tripp, a historical route of technician at Tesla’s Gigafactory near Reno, Nevada, used to be fragment of a settlement disclosed on Monday and authorized that day by Chief Salvage Miranda Du of the federal court in Reno.
